The Bailadero

This place represents the mysterious side of the island(s) and is located at 1.400m. The heights of El Escobonal El Bailadero have a more or less flat surface, which is surrounded by pine trees.

Two different theories are attributed to this place: Its name "bailadero" is believed to provide a place where the Guanches held their celebrations to call for rain and religious rituals. The second theory of the origin of this place comes from the legends of the witches that are told.
